Earlier today my wife and I collected the new i30 which we purchased from you. As you know I traded in a Coupe in Part Exchange, so I have switched from a ‘boy racer’ image to something more respectable. It should now be easier for our serious friends to get in and out of the new car – no need to lift them into their seats anymore. Thank goodness!
This is the second car we have purchased from Richmond and, once again I must thank you, and compliment your company on the quality of the service we received. We were pleased to be helped by Sam Nobes who was very attentive to our needs and patient in responding to our questions. It was great to experience such a high standard of customer care.
Finally a brief thanks to you for your ingenious solution to the problem of agreeing a price for the vehicle. I am not sure that switching from a diesel to a petrol model improved my part of the deal, but it met my budget criteria and the essence of any good negotiation is that both parties should be happy with the final outcome – and we are pleased with our purchase.
